Online membership renewal instructions

The renewal web site is http://ghcarchers.wildapricot.org.

What you will need:
  • The email address of your primary member

What you will do in brief:

  • Log in to your account and "View profile" or "Edit profile"
  • Complete the renewal form, including waiver signatures
  • Verify that your home address is correct
  • Make payment online or by mail

Log in: Use your email address and password to log in. The email address is the same as the address used to receive club messages. If you aren't sure about the email address, ask the membership director to clarify.

If you have forgotten the password or have never logged in before, create a new password.

To create a password, go to the web site above and click the "Forgot password" link in the log in area. Enter your email address and submit the form. You will be emailed a link back to the web site. Once you receive that email, you can follow the link in the message to create a password. When that is done, you can log in with your email and new password.


To begin

After logging in, click the “View profile” link at the top of the page.

If you do not have work credit, go to the "Complete your renewal" section.

If you have work credit go to the "Renew with work credit" section.

If you are an honory member or an officer with full dues credit, go to the "Renew with full dues credit" section.

 

Complete your renewal

From your profile, click the "Renew until" button.

1.  Review and confirm your membership details, including waiver signatures and home address, then click "Update and next".

2.  On the Review and confirm screen, click "Pay online" to pay online using Paypal. If you want to mail payment, choose "Invoice me" and mail the invoice and payment. The club address is on the "Contact Us" page.

3. After payment, your renewal is complete. After review, the membership director will mail your new membership cards.


Renew with work credit

If you have work credit, your renewal has been started and partial payment was made by the membership director.

From your profile (click "Edit profile" button if needed):

1. Verify your mailing address and fill out the waiver and signature fields.

2. Click Save to update your profile.

3. Make payment: To pay online, click "View / Pay invoice". If you want to mail your payment, choose "Invoice me" and mail the invoice and payment to us. The club address is on the "Contact Us" page.

4. After payment, your renewal is complete. After review, the membership director will mail your new membership cards.


Renew with full dues credit

Your membership has already been renewed. To update your information and sign your renewal, do the following.

Click the "Edit profile" button.

1. Verify your mailing address and fill out the waiver, the two ESign fields, and the signature fields.

2. Click Save to update your profile.

3. After review, the membership director will mail your new membership cards.
