Online membership renewal instructions

This page describes how to complete a membership renewal online.

The renewal web site is http://ghcarchers.wildapricot.org.

Please direct any questions or problems to the membership director (membership@ghcarchers.org).

What you will need:

  • The email address of your primary member

What you will do in brief:

  • Log in to your account
  • "View profile" to begin (or complete) your renewal
  • Complete the renewal form, including waiver signatures
  • Make payment online or by mail

Log in: Use your email address and password to log in. The email address is the same as the address used to receive club messages. If you aren't sure about the email address, ask the membership director to clarify.

If you have forgotten the password or have never logged in before, create a new password.

To create a password, go to the web site above and click the "Change  password" link in the log in area. Enter your email address and submit the form. You will be emailed a link back to the web site. Once you receive that email, you can follow the link in the message to create a password. When that is done, you can log in with your email and new password.


Begin your renewal

After logging in, click the “View profile” link at the top of the page.

If you do not have work credit, go to the "Complete your renewal" section.

If you have work credit go to the "Renew with partial credit" section.

If you are an honory member or have full work credit, go to the "Renew with full credit" section.

 

Complete your renewal

From your profile, click the "Renew until" button.

1.  Review and confirm your membership details, including waiver signatures, and click "Update and next".

2.  On the Review and confirm screen, click "Pay online" to pay online using Paypal. If you want to mail payment, choose "Invoice me" and send us the invoice and payment. Our mailing address is on the "Contact Us" page.

3. After payment, your renewal is complete. After review, the membership director will mail your new membership cards.


Renew with partial credit

If you have work credit, your renewal should already have been started and an invoice created. Your work credit should have already been applied to your renewal invoice.

From your profile:

1. Verify your mailing address and fill out the waiver and signature fields.

2. Click Save to update your profile.

3. Click "View / Pay invoice" to pay online. If you want to mail payment, choose "Invoice me" and send us the invoice and payment. The club address is on the "Contact Us" page.

4. After payment, your renewal is complete. After review, the membership director will mail your new membership cards.


Renew with full credit

Your membership has already been renewed. To update your information and sign your renewal, do the following.

From your profile:

1. Verify your mailing address and fill out the waiver and signature fields.

2. Click Save to update your profile.

3. The membership director may contact you to confirm that you wanted to renew. Afterward, your new membership cards will be mailed.
